Meet Our Board of Directors
Kristen Pedroli Pierce, Executive Director and President of The MRP Project’s Board
Kristen serves as the executive director and president of The MRP Project’s Board. Kristen brings more than a two decades of communications experience. She holds a position as internal communications manager in a large organization.
Through her own personal tragedy, Kristen saw a need for social and emotional support in the community. Through The MRP Project, she hopes to carry on her late husband’s passion for community service and mentoring.
Jon Schwartz, Board Member
Jon is an experienced CPG and beverage executive with 27 years of success building high-performing teams. Through his career experience and own personal loss, Jon uses his collaborative skills and unique perspective to improve all aspects of The MRP Project.
Jennifer Robinson, CPA, Treasurer of The MRP Project’s Board
Jenn serves as treasurer for The MRP Project’s Board. She brings more than twenty years of experience in financial operations and financial management reporting. Jennifer currently works as the senior director of Finance & Controller at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Meghan McGuire, LICSW, Raising Resilient Kids Co-Facilitator
Meghan McGuire is a Certified Elementary School Counselor in Ashland, MA. She has a BA in Psychology from Providence College, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and a CAGS in Resiliency in the Helping Professions from Assumption College. Meghan has been working with children and families in various capacities for twenty years. In her free time, Meghan loves spending time with her husband, 3 sons, and rescue mutt, Bailey.
Tim Heavey, Board Member
Tim Heavey is a career educator and brings this mindset to all programs offered by The MRP Project. Tim is currently working as the director of Human Resources at Hopkinton Public Schools. He is passionate about empowering educators to drive improved outcomes for all students.
